RETURN, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE:
We are happy to refund or exchange goods if returned to us within 14 days of purchase. This excludes personalised or customised products. This time period may be extended at Christmas, or if you find that you are unable to meet this deadline due to holidays etc, simply call us on 07796 207372, we may then be able to extend this term for you.
The goods must be returned to our premises unused and in the condition that they were sent out. We will not accept soiled items for return, so please ensure when trying on that you keep this in mind. When trying goods such as rugs, saddle pads, boots, numnahs and bridlework please make sure your horse is clean and free from dust and grease. With rugs we recommend that you use a clean sheet between the horse and the rug to ensure it does not get marked, dusty or covered in hairs.
If we find that the product has not been returned in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct a percentage off the original selling price.
Please send the item to be returned back in it’s original packaging, ensuring that all the original labels are attached and any product information leaflets are included.
The item must be returned to Centaur Equestrian, at the address found on your invoice or on our website, by any method arranged by yourself, at your expense. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage and insurance for the goods against loss or damage, as we cannot accept responsibility for the item until it has safely reached our premises.
Please note that ‘Special Order ‘and ‘Clearance’ items cannot be returned once the order has been processed.
We are happy to refund the original price paid, by the original payment method.
We are happy to exchange any item for another from our range, of a different size, fitting or other reason, providing it has been returned under the conditions set out above.
On receipt of the item for exchange, your choice of replacement item will be dispatched back to you at our expense, the timescale of which will be dependent on available stock.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item, please contact us in the first instance by telephone on 07796 207372, or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue a Faulty Goods Return note. Goods cannot be accepted as faulty without this authorisation.
The goods will then need to be returned to us as soon as possible. We will happily exchange or refund any item found to be faulty, including any postage costs incurred.

We are unable to handle or inspect any item returned to us unless they are clean and dry. (Health and Safety Act 1974)and Safety Regulations, along with the potential hygiene issues associated with inspecting and handling of horse clothing or pet bedding.
